With an internet connection, these requests also occur when the HTML files are opened locally and repeat every 30 seconds while the page is visible. According to its own privacy policy, Gold API processes IP addresses, request timestamps and usage data. Requests contain no form data, API keys, cookies or other authentication credentials and send no HTTP referrer. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may provide the legal basis for these requests; the legitimate interest is displaying current market data. Local enquiry form
The form processes your entries exclusively in your browser to validate them and create a downloadable enquiry. Entries include your name, email address, optional telephone number, investment interest and message. The form does not send an email, transmit entries to a server or store form data in localStorage. You control the downloaded file. Any storage by your browser's autofill feature depends on your browser settings.
Contact and legal bases
